Koichi's mom is annoying, I hate hearing her berate Koichi for everything!! No wonder he's such a pushover, his mom calls him useless in front of his friends like it doesn't even matter!! She even beat him senselessly!!!

Oh my god, I do this when I go out with my mom too. He even says "as long as she's enjoying this." Koichi knows what it's like going out with your mother and trying to be as agreeable and calm as humanly possible so she doesn't shout and embarrass you in public for ticking her off. I honestly feel bad for him. (and me. save me please.)
